A little off-balance overall. Not tannic to speak of, and what causes it to seem off-balance is a bit hard to pinpoint; mainly its a mix of slightly high alcohol and acidity, it seems. Its tempting to say that this was opened too soon, but I'm not sure I see where it goes from here -- maybe further oak integration will help, and maybe the alcohol will tone down a bit........
