Monday, July 20, 2015 - Upon opening it had a very old world Bordeaux like nose, however after just a few moments of air the oak and vanilla moved forward and it took on a somewhat new world feel. After an hour of air it opened up into an elegant Rioja with nice fruit and structure and age polished tannins.
