Thursday, November 27, 2014 - Beautiful. No flaws. No sediment. No rim variation. Classic pinot nose and flavors. Very smooth in the mouth. No acid or tannin. Medium alcohol and finish. Paired perfectly with coffee rubbed duck breast. Ready to drink.
