Wednesday, April 1, 2015 - Disappointing for this age of Spat. It was ok but too acidic and not in good balance.
That being said it is holding up well with no significant oxidation taste; fruits are still there with citrus being predominate. Let's see how our additional 4 bottles do in the future.
