Saturday, October 13, 2007 - Thirty Years of Phelps Insignia (1974 through 2004): The nose is much less assertive than the other two wines in this flight, and gives a straightforward red fruit. In the mouth this comes across as being much more structured. What fruit there is is darker. The finish is very drying. Still a very nice wine.
