Saturday, January 27, 2007 - Edendale: Very dark opaque black-purple; stong nose of vanilla oak and raspberry puree; concentrated mouth, very fruit forward, ink staining. This is a typical over the top oaked, rich cab that is difficult to drink at the end of a meal. Well made for sure, but hard to drink.
