Sunday, May 24, 2015 - opaque purple solid to the rim, dark fruit on the nose with a smoky/medicinal note that carried through to the first taste. Dark leathery fruit with undertone of smoke and herbi-ness. Alcohol still present, acidity in short supply. Tannin, smoke and herbal finish on the medium side. Drink-up.
