Sunday, October 24, 2010 - Deep yellow. Apricot and fennel on the nose and in the mouth. Fat impression, and moderate minus accidity. Still, the wine does not lead to mouth-fatigue.
Worked like a charm with chicken in a creme fraiche sause, with tarragon.
