Tuesday, January 15, 2013 - Really good bourgogne. Nice red-fruited nose, light to medium body with minerality and good acidity along with lean (in a good way) fruit. Tannins are soft. Perfect wine for a midweek evening for me. My discrete CT scale: 95-extraordinary; 90-very good; 85-good; 80-fair; 75-poor
