Saturday, June 14, 2014 - Casual (Mostly) Italian Wine Dinner with Friends (Paris Club - Chicago IL): Open several hours earlier to give a few hours of air. Started somewhat restrained and almost austere, more red berry and baking spice emerged with more time in glass. Subtle tannins are very charming, acidity slightly pronounced. Moderate intensity and length.
