Thursday, January 6, 2011 - Dark to the rim. Beautiful nose of that unmistakeable Bordeaux profile. The tanin and acids have melted away but are just present enough to keep the wine fresh and balanced. Decent mid pallate and the finish beggs you to take another sip. All in all a realy good wine with our meal and I am glad to have other bottles. No rush to drink and the wine should stay here for many years.
