Pretty light strawberry-red in glass, with a blend of 6 different varietals in the blend, it just kept coming on in waves of cherry, strawberry, rose petal and red cassis, but in a very subdued and balanced way. Bone dry, rich in fruit, and balanced mineral and acidity. Went with everything we tried it with, like a Champagne, and drank just as well bone-cold as it did at room temperature. Not many roses can perform like this one.
