Wednesday, November 2, 2005 - Very nice and drinking well now. Very bright acids and terrior notes with fresh red curant, bamble, sweet hebs/tabacco, gaphite and pencil shavings, austere quality with soft rose petal notes. The wine shows nice developement with an oragne rim set up against a light cimson core. I liked this wine and went well with pan seared salmon, chantelle puee, haricot beans, and celeriac root froth.
