Thursday, November 24, 2011 - Nice fruit nose. Sangiovese dominated palate is juicy, cabernet and oak tannin structure is awkward though softened some with time in the glass. Seemed to me not excellent sangiovese and falls short of super tuscan blend success. May be just too young. Very good but a disappointment given expectations.
