Sunday, July 19, 2015 - Clear ruby red colour, a little purple at the rim. Quite a 'tart' nose, dark cherry, some peppery notes as well. Palate is clean, savoury, integrated but with quite astringent tannin. A little one dimensional perhaps. Will go on, but not sure there is much fruit left to support the softening of those tannins. Enjoyable none the less!
