Tuesday, March 18, 2008 - My first DRC. Deep Brick-red color. Powerful nose of soy, meat and ferrous notes. Later on, I got some spice. Silky, yet muscular mouthfeel. The flavors ranged from deep-red fruits to savory, (pleasantly) herbal notes. Restrained sweeteness. Toward the end of the bottle a rush of minerals came out to play.
