Tuesday, July 7, 2015 - Splash poured at a Cantonese restaurant for a farewell dinner to friends leaving Hong Kong. No detailed notes but this was a gorgeous expression of Italian Cabernet Sauvignon and drank seductively well. It retains a suberb Piedmont tannic backbone but with enough age to have softened it. This is a very lovely wine. Must revisit.
