Saturday, June 9, 2007 - Light golden in appearance - nice nose with apples, orange, minerals, wet stones and some citrus. Plenty of acidity on the palate but matched with the fruit and minerals - this wine goes down very nicely and is particularly good with food. On the palate I can sense apple, melon, cream, lime, minerals and some peach in a nice long finish. Great stuff.
