Thursday, November 13, 2014 - Impressive nose of berries, earth, and mushrooms, rainy forest wrapped in sweet confection. Starts bright but opens quickly to fruit. Slightly clipped on the back palate but then opens gently and sweetly on the tail. The texture is crisp and airy.
