Saturday, October 6, 2012 - The first of 3 bottles I got my hands on back in April. Not easy to find. Spicy nose, perhaps a bit of oxidative notes out of the gate, but then firming up with air to reveal a more floral profile and aromas of white fruit. Smooth and seamless palate with marks of white peach and white pepper. Enjoyed with Niels' pan seared scallops, a great match.
