Tuesday, July 31, 2012 - Straw color with moderate sized bubbles. Nose: golden apple, strawberry, and ripe lemon/lime citrus with accents of toasted biscuit, white flowers, hazelnut, and river stone. Medium body with aggressive effervescence on the palate: green apple, tart kiwi, and lemon/lime citrus framed by river stone, orange peel, hazelnut, and a hint of brioche. Medium+ acidity. Lingering river stone, toothpick, and citrus peel on the long finish. Very good intensity. Well focused, vibrant, and full of detailed flavor. Excellent value.
