Sunday, August 2, 2015 - Golden color. Clean. Nose of citrus and tropical fruit. Good acidity (medium plus) and bubbles. Smooth alcoho. Flavors of pineapple, grapefruit, granite, light cream, lemon and some peach fuzz. Not much of a sparkling wine drinker but Def like the complexity and taste. It's about to get too sweet then flavor jumps into another direction. I like it. Recommended.
