Wednesday, August 6, 2014 - Really very good, in an understated elegant way. Almost burgundian. It takes some tasting skill to appreciate this, which is a problem for some of the posters below, whose palate, I suspect, is used to parkerized fruit bombs, such as Napa cabs and Argentinean steak wines. This would go well with bifteca alla fiorentina, though.
