Friday, June 20, 2008 - As others have noted, this wine is subtle and subdued, but it really came alive an hour after opening. I love this chardonnay with food, as it doesn't trounce the flavors of summer food dishes. I also find it is a better at a temperature that is bit warmer than you might typically use for chardonnay.
