Saturday, April 11, 2015 - Solid well balanced Napa Cabernet. At first taste found the wine to be tight and restrained. Poured thru airator and an hour later the wine opened up nicely revealing solid structure and balance. This wine exhibits a beautiful finesse and complexity if allowed enough time to breathe or spend a few more years in the cellar.
