Sunday, November 18, 2012 - Lovely sauternes. Nose of botrytis, honey, pear and pineapple. Thick, coating mouthfeel with a perfectly balanced acidity. Like drinking syrup made of pears. Very long aftertaste of botrytis. 93-94 pts. Interesting to follow over the next 10-20 years.
