Tuesday, February 9, 2016 - Nose of Bordeaux, with rose petals and mint. Palate of cherry pit and some licorice. Good concentration (for a burgundy) and acid, medium finish. Pleasant now, could drink or hold for 5+ yrs. (note to self - try again in 2-3 yrs)
