Wednesday, July 29, 2015 - Out of 375. First bottle was corked, second one clean. Dark red fruit, mushroom, herbs, earth, meatiness, nicely complex nose. Palate is less complex, with decent concentration but lots of rustic structure. Decent but I would have liked a little more distinction and sophistication, or a better food match.
