This was the "S" version but I guess that they use just a minimal amount so it is hard to have a consistent purity in each bottle. My other bottles were great despite the animal tones.

    5/13/2013 9:12:00 AM - nice note. there's a lot or variation in these bottles because there's more than one bottling of the S (sulphured) version. One particular lot number stands out above the rest. And you are right that minimal amount were applied. For this reason good storage conditions are critical - if I didn't have a 55 degree cellar I'd drink these up sooner rather than later.
