Friday, June 19, 2015 - (Disgorged fall of 2013) Distinct yellow colour. Still very mineral driven nose showing seashells, almonds, butter and lemon. Very acidious palate with lots of mineral with a balanced fruity finish. Feels a bit too closed down right now, but will probably open up in a year or two. But with 10-20 years extra cellaring then it will hopefully show some really nice notes.
