Friday, April 17, 2009 - drunk with bbq prawns and monkfish- nice yellow lemon color and quite sweet floral nose. a fairly thick chablis in the mouth with flavors of candied fruit, a bit of lemon and cream. in general a good chablis but i think a bit flabby, it just didnt have the sharp corners i expect in a grand cru or at this price point. will see what time brings with this one
