Thursday, November 26, 2015 - Spicy/savory nose, very juicy cranberry palate, firmly structured. Decanted and started on in about an hour later, and it developed very well over the course of the next few hours. Very nice wine. I imagine a bit more time will soften up the structure. The next day the nose shows lots of Christmas spice qualities, really enticing, and still drinking well.
