Tuesday, September 13, 2016 - Had it paired with salmon grilled on cedar planks. Very refreshing and bubbly. Nose of apple and lemon with a touch of alka seltzer(joking). This bottle had been intended for Mimosa cocktails but worked well straight up with the fish.
