Tuesday, May 24, 2011 - Interesting wine. Lemon, apple, floral and honey on the nose with a whiff of cashew, the palate begins with a sweet note of baked apple pie in the company of brown sugar, but the acidity takes over on the transition and the finish ends up quite dry and cleansing. I was left with the impression of a lot of 'sweet' flavors on a wine that acted dry.
