Saturday, July 13, 2013 - My style of Cabernet, ripe but not over ripe. Plum/cherry flavors not prune. The fruit is balanced with decent acid and oak notes in context to the fruit, enhancing not dominating. Good level of structural tannins and a long finish. At this point of time a nicely developed CS.
