Saturday, August 1, 2015 - Got a pour right when it was popped and also about a hour in. Tons of white pepper, dark fruit and cigar just blast out of the glass onto the nose. LOVE the smell from these Guigal Trio wines and especially the Lala. On the palate it's a bit thin on the P&P but about a hour in it really picks up concentration, tons of acidity, just loads of dark fruit and roasted meat. If you open this, I highly recommend giving it a couple hours of air, the palate really opens up with time.
