Wednesday, February 23, 2011 - Dallas 2nd Wednesday Group - February 2011 (Urbano Cafe, Dallas, Texas): WIML92

Tasted non blind. Opened and served immediately. Followed over about two hours.

Garnet color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of berries, flowers, a dash of pepper and wet stones. Good red berry flavors followed by Bing cherries and a dash of red raspberries. Medium acidity, medium tannins, medium to full bodied. Drink over the short term, let's say the next two years.
