Sunday, February 19, 2012 - Perhaps the best bottle yet of the '09 Briords. Full-on ocean, saline, bright citrus edge, this was absolutely stunning with the Hog Island Sweetwater oysters. The balance was impeccable, with pinpoint precision, yet a slight creamy edge. Beautiful wine.
