Tuesday, September 2, 2014 - breathed in the bottle for 3 hrs and decanted for another 1 hr.

nose of barnyard, tea leave, and mineral.

smooth and long finishing with slight edgy acidity. may need a few more years in bottle.

as compared to the last bottle i drank 2 yrs+ ago, i noticed the significantly diminished aroma, which impressed me a lot when i first tasted the bottle 2 yrs ago.
