Tuesday, March 9, 2010 - Cracked this last night for a glass of wine before heading out to dinner. Ruh roh...dark golden color and yup oxidized. Was it drinkable yes but not enjoyable. Sherry/honey with some stone fruit and acidity left but the strong sherry note was off putting.
I am going to guess these need to be consumed sooner rather than later. I wonder how the Vieilles Vignes version is holding up?
