Friday, January 22, 2016 - This was drawn at a local sushi place with no decanting. The wine was slightly cloudy and mid deep yellow in colour. The bouquet was of assorted citrus smells. In the glass was a smooth wine with strong flavours of lemons and some oranges. There was also a noticeable honey flavour. This wine seems to be aging quite well for a 13 year old bottle.
