Saturday, June 23, 2012 - Vinturi to decanter. Let sit about two hours and it didn't last long after that, though it was still opening up after three and a half. The nose had plenty of alcohol early on that finally blew off, with cherry, plum, and a little oak. Great structure, with a palate that followed the nose and a great smooth finish.
