Tuesday, September 2, 2014 - out of the bottle the nose is muted with tightly bound fruit oak and tannins. a two hour decant reveals a lovely floral and mineral bouquet with cherry and chocolate. soft mouth feel with good balance. plum and cherry notes with mineral, earth and hints of oak. a bit one dimensional with a short finish otherwise a very good wine in this price range ($22)
