Wednesday, September 22, 2010 - Constellation and SWS Cabernet Dinner (Gibson's Steakhouse - Chicago): Excellent way to start off the evening. Ripe apples, green fruit - incredible body.
Striking minerality with some light nutty notes. Really nice acidity. Balanced finish. Great wine with a tart but enjoyable finish.
