Friday, August 15, 2014 - Perfect time to drink this wine. 6 years is long enough for WS chard to develop but not too long to get gloopy and stale. Medium bodied, medium oak, medium sweetness, high alcohol. Not popcorny or gigantic in flavor but nice and semi-traditional (besides the excessive alc, which you don't taste that much).
