Tuesday, June 16, 2015 - Kept under condition 2 since september 2011, under condition 1 since september 2012 (see my profile). Color: a bit golden yellow. Nose: refined, with a hint of mint. Taste: grassy and herbal notes, a hint of pineapple and quite prominent oak of good quality, which gave a refined caramel taste to it. Unfortunately but not unexpectedly no sign of the refined lemon taste it had after two years (see my previous note). Again a white wine in which the oak is prominent, but this time it was well integrated with the other components of the taste. After all a quite refined wine. I would not wait very long with another bottle. 89-90.
