Wednesday, October 19, 2011 - Jesus. This was easily one of the top 5 wines I've ever tasted. Pale golden yellow with green outer rim. The nose was a remarkable blend of tupelo honey, orange blossom mead, and fresh pitted fruit. Not a hint of petrol at all. On the palate, this wine was utterly amazing. A perfect balance between tart acidity and mouth coating sweetness. The finish just went on and on. If you have more than a few, I encourage you to try one to get a baseline.
