Saturday, March 21, 2015 - Really deep. Could go another 5 years or more. Showed more after an hours worth of air and on the second day. Perfumed nose started to come out later. Black olives, some kind of subtle but weird combination of black and blue fruit. Very clean and direct. Long finish. Tannins mostly integrated, but still evident.
