Friday, March 16, 2012 - Needs a little air time to open up, revealing a nice core of vibrant fruit, just a touch of sweetness, balanced by good acidity, and some subtle minerality kicking in on the medium finish. Enough complexity to make this interesting and very enjoyable. Give it at least a couple of hours after opening.
