Thursday, December 31, 2009 - Really backwards and wound up at the moment, this took some time in the glass to come around. Blackcurrant and black cherry on the nose with cassis and cedar notes. Impressive concentration on the palate with very dark and powerful fruit. Very structured on the finish. This wine needs plenty of time in the cellar but it could be a beauty when it’s ready.
